Meet our boss, Jeff!

Jeff joined 4 Seasons Coffee in 2004, working alongside his in-laws, Tom and Leslie—the founders and owners of the company. He truly started from the ground up, delivering orders and working in the warehouse, learning every part of the business along the way.

When Tom and Leslie were ready to retire, Jeff was more than ready to step up. Today, he’s an incredible general manager who keeps everything running smoothly. From supporting his team to troubleshooting coffee challenges—whether it’s the roaster or a customer’s espresso machine—Jeff does it all. 

You could say he’s our very own Swiss Army knife ☕️💪
